The Comfort Pen is a little thicker than the slim pen. I have done several different shapes with it as you will see. It takes a Cross-style refill which can be found at any office supply store. There are several different hardware colors available including Gold, Silver, Black Chrome and Copper. I can get other colors as well upon request. This style is also available in a pencil. It can be made with our without a rubber grip.
Here is a Comfort Pen in Purpleheart. This is the actual color of the wood, not a stain. This wood reacts to UV light which gives it the purple color. This pen is featured in Gold Hardware and is sold. But another one can be made to look almost just like it for $20.
This pen is made out of Figured Japanese Chestnut. With gold hardware. This pen is sold, but I have a bunch of this stock and would be happy to make you a unique pen like this for $20.
This pen is make out of Flamed Maple with brushed nickel hardware. Notice the black lines near the nib (tip) and centerband. These are carved into the pen during the turning process. This pen is sold but I can make another for $20.
The wood in this pen is Spalted Bradford Pear. It has the appearance of marble. This one is pictured with copper hardware and is sold. I have a limited amount of this wood and can make a few more at $20 each.
White Oak burl with brushed nickel hardware adorns this pen. I have a limited amount of this highly figured wood. This pen is sold, but another can be made for $20.
