Bushings
Delrin Bushings are a CA finisher's dream. CA does not adhear to delrin like it does steel and as such you are MUCH LESS LIKELY to have chip out when you break the bushings loose after you apply your finish. These are milled on a CNC machine and are spec'd with bushings from the kits they go with. Now please do not turn and sand with these as they will not hold up like steel. But for finishes they can't be beat. Lead time on these is usually less than a week. And if you have a color preference (Black or white) please let me know.

Bushings for the slim line. $6 per set. ***Since the Comfort set uses two of these bushings as well, you can add the large bushing for the Comfort/Streamline/Tony to this set for $2. Just chose which you would like from the drop down menu.

Pen Mill Sleeves. Choose your sleeve or sleeves from the drop down menu. These are 1.5 inches long and adapt your standard 7mm barrel trimmer to the kit you choose.

Jr. Majestic
Bushings for the Jr. Majestic. This is a 4 Bushing set and you can easily place the middle bushings together to make the long center bushing of the standard kit, but you can pull them apart for allowing the two halves to dry separately. $6 per set.
Elegant Beauty
Bushings for the Elegant Beauty and Areo kits. This is NOT the Elegat Sierra, but the kit that uses a 23/64" tube (Dayacom Kit that twists at the finial). $4 per set.
Put this ring behind your collet or scroll chuck. It will help you be able to get your chuck off easier. Made from UHMW this will last for a while. And since the thickness will not vary it is better for your headstock than leather or cardboard. $2 each. ** These are for 1" diameter headstocks. If you need another diameter please contact me.
